Lennox has been able to spread the word about the food wastage that is happening in Australia. Lennox was awarded the NSW Women of the Year 'One to Watch' for her work with Snacktember. For education week, the NSW Department of Education shared the Snacktember story to schools across NSW #CreatingFutures.
